Aidan Torres, a junior at El Paso Eastwood High in Texas, took third in the boys sweepstakes race by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 15:11.8 at the Desert Twilight Festival at Toka Sticks Golf Course in Mesa, Ariz. Torres led El Paso Eastwood to a fourth-place finish as a team with 218 points.
